Thank you everyone for all the birthday wishes.
I spent the day with my family, being adventurous, went to sukabumi by train. Super short gateaway to taste Soto mie, enjoying the cold weather, and experiencing the sukabumi's colorful angkot. Their angkot is powerful! They can break their route to drop you right at your destination (where you suppose to take different angkot route). Even when there are some other passengers in the same angkot, with Sudanese dialect, the driver will ask other's permission to drop you first at your destination. And with a sincere smile they will reply 'sure, please do so!' like they have the whole day to wait for you. Amazing. Maybe it's the power of a small town where their clock ticking slower than ours.
I closed my day with a birthday cake from E. Thanks for taking the time to Bogor. Appreciate it.
And I also had a birthday lunch with Engkong and the gang in Gili-Gili the following weekend. Recommend the tahu kipas and Cumi bakar!!! Good food, good friends. And a good life indeed. :)
So, 24, please be nice.
