discovering malaysia

last weekend was a blast!!
i went jalan-jalan with church friends, 14 of us with 3 cars went to sungai besar, kuala selangor, sekincan, and hotspring.. wohoo!!!

sunday afternoon, after having lunch in medan, we started our journey, 1.30 pm. 4.45 we reach at hotel, sungai besar, check in for a while, n took a walk near the beach.. our room was built above the sea! one thing i courious, at night the sea supposed to be 'pasang' right, and the water level should be increase.. but there, at night, no more water below our room u know.. i feel weird. 7 girls stayed in 1 room and 6 boys in another room.

6.30 p.m we went out for dinner in sekinchan.. it was shervinn's relative place.. awesome!! we ate lots of seafood. large fish, prawn, balitong, and sotong.. i love the sotong so much.. they told us it was sotong that doesn't produce ink. it was small n very soft. hmmmm.. and guess what, after those satisfaction moment, we only spent rm10 per person!! imagine that! if only we spent rm10 in kL, we can only get 1 McD set meal. :((

that night we continued our journey to kuala selangor, to see kelip-kelip (kunang-kunang red.) we rode a boat and went through the river.. btw, i just realize, the one that shine in kelip2 is their BUTT.. means all the visitors go there to look for kelipkelip's BUTT.. hahaha.. need to pay rm15 pula.. what a precious butt... :P

Though i coul still feel the food inside my stomach, we all went makan again!! try the satay and Es ABC.. hmmm.. delicious. Along the nite, we all play WOLF card together.

monday morning
eat char kuey teow, then went to kuala selangor for hotspring.. there are many ponds with different temperature, 30, 50 degree.. there's also an are for boiling egg.. all we need to do is just put the egg and wait for 8 min. hmm the egg taste much more tasty than usual *sugesti*
for dinner we had mi bebek.

nice trip man!
cant wait for the next jalanjalan!! :))

dear God. help me to enlarge my capacity in my social life. though im not that sanguine, spontanious, expressive person, though i feel im not the center of attention type, i dont wanna just sit alone in the corner. i love friends and im happy being someone's friend. help me to be a part of community. help me not to be lost. help me not to be egoist n dont care about others. help me to be more encouraging. help me to love people with compassion..

malaysia dingin!

kalau kamu tau gimana udara malaysia pada umumnya, judul blog ini bisa dibilang sesuatu pencapaian yang luar biasa.. malaysia bisa dibilang sepanas jakarta dengan jenis panas terik yang bikin kamu ga mau keluar2 kalo siang hari..

nah minggu2 terakhir ini ada perubahan cuaca disini.. hujan yg hampir tiap hari dan angin yang super gede ga pernah absen setiap malam.. apalagi dari apartemen lantai 22, anginnya,, wuiiihhh ga nahan dehh.. denger suaranya woossshh wooshh bikin serem sendiri..

rabu kemarin aja, gw ke kampus pake jaket tebel. memang sih kalo di kampus, sehari2 aja dingin, ditambah uda ujan pagi2, haduuhhh jaket is a must attribute dehh.. seharian itu bener2 ga lepas deh jaketnya.

inget banget setaun lalu, di awal september kaya gini, mana ada yg namanya ujan gede.. ujan2 tiap hari tu baru ada waktu november.. pas uda liburan mufy..
kalo inget pelajaran sd, musim ujan itu adanya oktober - april.. lahh sekarang ini kan baru awal september. dan biasa malah november baru mulai ujan. ga bener lagi tuhh teori..
saya jadi bertanya2. apakah anak2 sd jaman sekarang masih belajar tentang musim ujan yg oktober-april n kemarau yang april-oktober.... kalo emang masih, bener2 kasian mereka, sekarang smuanya tinggal teori belaka..
